Daniel Lagana to whip Shakespeare

Paramount tapped Daniel Lagana to adapt Spanking Shakespeare, a young-adult book by eighth-grade teacher Jake Wizner. The story, published in paperback in October 2008, is based on the author's quest to get into college and find a girlfriend.
