MGM buys alien invasion comedy

MGM purchased Ben David Grabinski's comedy spec The How-To Guide for Saving the World. To be directed and produced by Barry Sonnenfeld, the story is about a loser who learns how to prevent an alien invasion from a book, and then must use his knowledge when one actually occurs.
