Universal goes on a Man-A-Thon
Universal is in final talks to purchase Richard Rapoza's Best Man-A-Thon, a raucous matrimonial comedy. The story, said to be at the PG-13 level, is about a man with a dilemma. His childhood best friend and college best friend both ask him to be their best man at their respective weddings, and will not allow the man to share the role. So, the pair compete in wedding-related contests to earn the right to use the man at their wedding.
