Ben Affleck considers downsized role
John Wells will write and direct and Ben Affleck is in talks to star in The Company Men, a drama about a man whose life takes a turn for the worst following a financial downsizing. The project is still in need of a second male lead.

Indie film's cast ensemble grows
The cast in writer-director Raul Sanchez Inglis' indie film, The Company Men, just got beefier. Martin Landau, Steve Zahn, Steve Buscemi and Ron Livingston signed on for roles in the film, about employees of a crumbling toy company who struggle to hang on. Production is expected to begin in November in Detroit.
