Universal wants more Inside Man
Spike Lee is in talks to direct a sequel to Inside Man, with Terry George also in negotiations to pen the screenplay. Original actors Denzel Washington and Clive Owen have expressed interest in returning for Inside Man 2, which will pick up on the characters and their dynamic but with a different storyline. The first film, released in spring 2006, scored Lee his biggest opening weekend ever at $28.9 million.
