Ving Rhames takes down Danny Glover
Ving Rhames took over lead role duties from Danny Glover in Master Harold...and the Boys. He'll play Sam, a noble waiter who becomes a father figure for a young boy (Freddie Highmore). Nicky Rebelo penned the adaptation.

Danny Glover makes triumphant return to Boys
Danny Glover will reprise the role he played in the apartheid-era play, Master Harold...and the Boys, for the big screen. The film will be helmed by Lonny Price, who directed Glover in the recent Broadway revival of the play and starred opposite him in the stage production about 20 years ago. Production is expected to begin July 10 in Durban, South Africa.
