Sopranos star to make helming debut with dramatic flick
Sopranos vet Michael Imperioli will make his directorial debut in The Hungry Ghosts, a drama he also wrote. The story is about two divorcees (Steve Schirripa and Sharon Angela) who try to keep their troubled son off the streets. Nick Sandow (The Lovebirds) and Aunjanue Ellis (Freedomland) also star. Production begins May 19 in Gotham.
