U.K. shingle greenlights Descent sequel
U.K. indie Celador Films will reunite with U.K.-based Pathe for Descent 2, a sequel to the Neil Marshall horror flick that garnered $57 million at the box office against a budget of less than $10 million. In the follow up, Shauna MacDonald will reprise her role as Sarah, the supposed lone survivor of a cave walk who decides to force herself back into the system of caves to locate the rest of the group.
