Cedric the Entertainer to direct indie comedy
Cedric the Entertainer (Madagascar) will mark his directorial debut with Chicago Pulaski Jones, an indie comedy written by Kel Mitchell (Honeydripper) and Janis Woody. The film, which stars Cedric, Mitchell, Tommy Davidson and Gary Sturgis, is about a championship dancer who travels to the city to make his big break. On the day of his arrival, however, one of his relatives is murdered, leaving Jones to avenge his death.
