Fox digs Wimpy Kid
Fox 2000 purchased the rights to all five Diary of a Wimpy Kid novels, with plans to adapt the series into a live-action family film and potential franchise. Written and illustrated by Jeff Kinney, the novels are about the daily life of middle school student Greg Heffley. Two have been released thus far, and a third is due out later this year.
