Kevin Bacon joins George Hamilton biopic
Kevin Bacon will join Renee Zellweger and Chris Noth in My One and Only, a Richard Loncraine-directed project. The film is about the early years of actor George Hamilton (Logan Lerman) and when he and his mother (Zellweger) take a trip across the country to find a father for her boys. Bacon will be the man George's mother tries to leave behind.

Logan Lerman lands young George Hamilton role
Logan Lerman will portray a young George Hamilton opposite Renee Zellweger in My One and Only, from director Richard Loncraine. The film is about the actor's early years, when and his mother (Zellweger) take a trip across the country to find a father for her boys. Chris Noth, Steven Weber and Nick Stahl are among the suitors. Production is expected to begin on June 9.

Zellweger nabs George Hamilton biopic
Renee Zellweger (Leatherheads) will star in My One and Only, a comedy based on the childhood of actor George Hamilton. The film was written by Charlie Peters and will be helmed by Richard Loncraine (Firewall). Production is expected to begin in April on the east coast.
