John Stockwell has been brought on board to helm Sanctuary. His previous directing credits include Turistas, Into the Blue and Blue Crush.

Lionsgate Finds Sanctuary in Script
Lionsgate and Sobini Films have bought the rights to Stephen Susco's (The Grudge) script Sanctuary. The story is based on John Connolly's novel Bad Men, a supernatural thriller about a mysterious woman who ends up on a haunted island near Maine.
