Film expected to land December release date for award consideration
Joining an already crowded December, Paul Schrader's Adam Resurrected will get a December release to put itself in contention for Oscar consideration. Adapted by Noah Stollman from a novel by Israeli Yoram Kaniuk, the story is about a former Berlin magician (Jeff Goldblum) who is a patient at a rehabilitation facility for Holocaust survivors. Willem Dafoe, Derek Jacobi and Ayelet Zurer also star.

Schrader is Resurrected
Paul Schrader is set to direct Adam Resurrected for Ehud Bleiberg's new production/sales company. The movie is based on a novel by Yoram Kaniuk.
