Adaptation resurfaces with new director

Fashionistas, based on Lynn Messina's debut novel, is back on Paramount's radar. Donald Petrie recently signed on to direct and produce the project now being rewritten by Danny Fischer and Paula Chorley. Filming is expected to get going by the end of the year.
